3. Entries are not limited to members of the Canadian Gourd Society alone, but submitted pieces must be hand-delivered to the Toronto International Centre. The Canadian Gourd Society will not be responsible for shipping gourds back to their owners. You may wish to make arrangements to have your work delivered by a person other than yourself.
4. Work must be accompanied by a tag with your entry number. These tags should be in your registration package, if you registered before the deadline. Otherwise, you need to have them made up once you bring them in.
5. All entries must be in place by 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 2 and remain until 5:00 Sunday, November 4.
